one year of pastry .

Working 15 years over the worl making is cooking experience up ( suisse, maldives, Israel, St domingue, italie, Sicile , Ibiza...)

 

I decide to open my own restaurant in Spain in the city of calpe for is good clima.

 

Creativ and loving my jobl ,i still all the time in surch of new flavour.
